MINISTER’S VISIT TO BURMA Rec. 8 p.m. LONDON, Aug. 19. Sir .Stafford Cripps, owing to pressure of public business, has cancelled his visit to Burma at the end of August. An official announcement says that Lord Listowel, Secretary of State for Burma, will be going instead.
