OLD BOYS’ SUCCESS
'High School Old Boys were conceded a goal by University A in a bright game at Tonga Park, but they won by scoring three goals to the students’ one. Swift scored first for Old Boys, who were playing at the top of their form. Before the game ended Martin and Johnston added further points for Old Boys, and Hanley scored for Varsity, making the final score: Old Boys 4, Varsity A 1.
