HOMELESS GERMANS
MIGRATION TO DOMINIONS DISCUSSIONS BY OCCUPATION OFFICIALS FRANKFURT, Aug. 15. The British and United States occupation officials are discussing a plan to permit homeless Germans who were expelled from other countries to* emigrate to British dominions to work in' undermanned industries. The Military Government spokesman said although the Military Government had not finally approved the plan, the representatives of two large Canadian relief organisations might come to Germany to interview possible emigrants. Other dominions had also shown interest.
