YUGOSLAV FORCES
CONCENTRATION ON BORDER ATHENS, Aug. 15: The Greek Government has released an intelligence report quoting a “ high Yugoslav diplomatic official ” stating that Yugoslavia has concentrated about 100,000 volunteers on the Greek border. The official also said, according to the report that Salonika would be isolated from Thrace late in August or early in September. Both neutral diplomatic and political observers agree that the latest developments in Greece strengthen the opinion that Russia and Yugoslavia wish to sever relations with Greece before the guerrillas form a Communist Government, so that both would have a free hand in assisting such a regime. „. „ . The Yugoslav Charges d’Affairs, M. Sehovic, and other members of the Yugoslav legation left for Belgrade on August 13. Sehovic applied for an exit visa on August 5.
