Improvement Likely Playtos has been working impressively, and the Plato gelding, with W. J. Broughton in the saddle, may show improvement in the Selwyn Handicap. A Long spell Soar is not likely to appeal to speculators in the Longbeach Handicap, as she has not been raced since last October She is a three-year-old filly by. Ninth Duke from Maktoub, and won one of her two races last season.
