PROTEST FROM YUGOSLAVIA
Rec. 9.30 p.m. BELGRADE, Aug. 15. Yugoslavia has sent a Note to the United States protesting against “ attempts by trusts, capitalists, monopolies and an imperialist press to create hatred, mistrust and discord at the United Nations by accusing the Balkans of crimes and aggression against Greece.” The Yugoslav Charge d’Affaires in Greece left Athens for Belgrade on Wednesday without asking for the usual exit visa. He notified the Greek Foreign Ministry a few hours before he left that the second secretary at the legation would take his place.
