PRESS TEAMS* MATCH FOOTBALLER DIES FROM INJURIES Tragedy followed the annual Rugby football ' match between Otago and Southland press teams at Invercargill on Saturday morning. Frederick Johnson, aged 19, collapsed during the match and died in the Southland Hospital about two hours later. He was the only son of Mr and Mrs F. W. Johnson, 99 Martin street, Invercargill, and was employed as an apprentice . rotary machinist by the Southland Times.
