COMMUNAL FIGHTING IN BOMBAY

NEW DELHI, Aug. 3. Three were killed and 70 injured when a time bomb exploded to-night in a crowded cinema in the Moslem area of Bombay. Renewed communal fighting followed the'explosion, in which one. person was stabbed to death and four others injured. According to one report, the bomb was thrown from the gallery of the cinema into the stalls. * A number of armed Sikhs, carrying bombs and grenades, killed 16 Moslems and wounded 14 in a raid yesterday oq Jand village. The bandits raided another Punjab village and killed two Moslems. Troops are now posted in the ax - ea, and the situation is quiet. The body of a constable missing overnight was found to-day in a Lahore street, his rifle beside him. Apparently he had been strangled.
