AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE WORKSHOP DUTCH CIRCUMVENT BAN Rec. 11 p.m. BRISBANE, June 4. Because of the Australian waterside workers’ ban on Dutch shipping, the Dutch Government is using planes to transfer an aircraft maintenance workshop from Brisbane to Batavia. Skymasters and Dakotas have already flown hundreds of tons of valuable equipment from Archerfield aerodrome. and all the equipment will be in Batavia by the end of July. The air service engaged in the project employs 86 Australians, including pilots, engineers and wireless operators.
