Loyal Peter is in winning form and is entitled to be one of the favourites in the Sharpe Handicap at Hutt Park. Navy Queen was never in better form than she is at present, and the Grattan Loyal mare should add to her record at the Hutt' Park meeting on Saturday. At Hutt Park Exaggerate, who is oh the front line in the Miramar Handicap at Hutt Park, had a very easy win at the Waikato meeting over a 13-rfurlong- Journey his winning margin being eight lengths. One of C. H. Goodall’s team at Thames, Exaggerate is a five-year-old gelding by Indianapolis from Consort, and previous to his win he had been placed In 6 of his 11 starts this season. Trotted Solidly Belworth trotted a solid race in the Te Kawa Handicap, of two miles at the Waikato meeting, and a repetition of that form at Hutt Park on Saturday would make the Worthy Belwin gelding hard to beat in the Kaitoke Handicap. A Good Performance

Quite Right put up a good performance to finish second to Sandy’s Epic at Ashburton over a mile and a-half, giving the winner 84 yards and getting to within a neck of him in 3min 23 4-ssec. The Quite Sure trotter is one of L. F. Berkett’s team, and should race prominently from the front line in the Hutt Handicap at the Wellington Club’s meeting. Lusty Volo Gelding Judge Volo is a five-year-old by Lusty Volo from Judith, who was got by Author Dillon from Nerissa, by Cathedral Chimes, the winner of the 1916 New Zealand Cup. He has had only two races this season and at the recent Waikato meeting finished fourth in the Tamahere Handicap, of 13 furlongs. Gay Indiana At the recent Waikato meeting Gay Indiana finished third in the Hauraki Handicap, of one mile and a-quarter, after getting anything but a clear run. Later in i the day he was harnessed up again and finished second in the Hillcrest Handicap, of 13 furlongs. Gay Indiana, who is by Indianapolis, from Gay Sister, is one of F. J. Smith’s team, and is engaged at Hutt Park on Saturday.

Loyal Rcy Wins In Perth The New Zealand-bred pacer, Loyal Rey, finished brilliantly to win the Winter Cup at Perth on Saturday night. A mile and three-quarter race, the Winter Cup was the final big event of the West Australian Trotting Association’s season. Loyal Rey, who won the Stratton Cup earlier in the season, is regarded by the leading reinsman, L. Keys, as the best .pacer he has ever driven.
