MEAT BOARD ELECTION
An election will shortly be held for three producers' representatives on the New Zealand Meat Producers’ Board. In accprdance with the provisions of the Meat Export Control Act, the members of the board who are to retire in August are Messrs G. H. Grigg ,(Hororata), F .C Johnstone (Frankton Junction), and w. W. Mulholland (Darfield). They offer themselves for re-election as producers’ representatives. The regulations also provide that 25 delegates, representing the various sheep districts, will be elected to constitute an Electoral Committee, which will assemble in Wellingon in August to elect the producers’ representatives on both the New Zealand Meat Producers’ Board and the New Zealand Wool Board Details are advertised.
