AMERICA IN ASIATIC MARKETS SOVIET NEWSPAPER’S VIEW Rec. 11 p.m. MOSCOW, Apl. 15. The Americans intend to use Japan to oust competitors, particularly Britain, from Asiatic markets, says an article in the New Times. Britain, under financial pressure, has had to agree not to sell Indian cotton in Japan. The effects of increased imports of American cotton into Japan may be that cheap Japanese textiles will compete with British in foreign markets.
