Rec. 10 p.m. MELBOURNE, Mar. 17. The American Negro, Emory Jackson, narrowly outpointed the New Zealander, George Allen, after Allen led at the seventh of a 12-round bout. Jackson, who was giving away 81b, increased the pace in the. last few rounds. His punching was cleaner and better directed. ,
