AMERICAN DAVIS CUP TEAM KRAMER HAS AMBITIONS SYDNEY, Jan. 6. The - Davis Cup left by air for America with the members of the United States team last night. Shortly before the departure of the plane from Mascot aerodrome, Sydney, the American manager, Mr Walter Pate, received a message from the State Department at Washington giving the plane permission to land the team members and the cup at San Francisco.
