LABOURER FINED

Andrew Miller Kitto, a labourer, aged 40, described by the police as being of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty in the City Police Court yesterday morning to a charge of wilful obscene exposure in a public place on New Year’s Day, and was convicted and fined £5.
