LABOURER FINED
Andrew Miller Kitto, a labourer, aged 40, described by the police as being of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty in the City Police Court yesterday morning to a charge of wilful obscene exposure in a public place on New Year’s Day, and was convicted and fined £5. He was allowed 14 days in which to pay the fine by Messrs T. D. Jamieson, J.P.. and J. F. Himburg J.P., who presided at the sitting. Sergeant C. J. R. Bissett conducted the proceedings for the police.
