TARANAKI CHAMPIONS (P.A.) NEW PLYMOUTH, Jan. 1. The results of the finals of the Taranaki Lawn Tennis Association’s championships played at Hawera, are:— Men’s Singles.—G. Radonich (Auckland) beat G. Kerr Taylor (Auckland) 3—6, 6—3, 6—4. Women’s Singles.—Miss T. Greaves (Wanganui) beat Miss K. O’Sullivan (Hawera) 4—3, 6—2, 6—3. Men’s Doubles.—T. Pountney and Radonich (Auckland) beat A. E. Williams and M. Wakefield (Waikato) 6 —2, 6—l. Women’s Doubles.—Miss Greaves and Mrs P. Ogier (Wanganui) beat Miss O'Sullivan and Mrs W. Webster (Hawera) 3—6, 6-3. 6—2. Mixed Doubles.—W. Cook and Miss Greaves (Wanganui) won by- default from L. D. Smith and Miss J. Hansen (Hutt Valley).
