ALL ARMS OUTLAWED
NEW LAW FOR GERMANY BERLIN, Dec. 30. The Allied Control has promulgated a new law for all Germany banning the manufacture, import and possession of arms. The penalty for serious violations is death. All weapons are covered, from “atomic means of warfare ” to cutting or piercing -weapons ranging to daggers and lances. Germany is forbidden to possess warships of all types or any aircraft including kites, captive balloons, gliders, or model aircraft, or any designs for any of these. The law co-ordinates the directives and regulations which have been issued separately by the four Military Governments.
