RANGITIKEI HUNT MEETING
BAY ROBE A PROSPECT (Special) WELLINGTON, July 26. The Rangitlkei Hunt Club, racing on its own account for the first time for some years, will hold its annual race meeting at Marton to-morrow. The track is reported to be in good winter order, but will be soft. Betting is win and place, and horses In demand include:— 11.30: Glenmore Maiden SteeplechaseHigh Morale, Phalaria, Light Tea. 12.10: Closeburn Maiden Stakes.—King’s Sceptre, Air Pier, The Denbigh. 12.50: Rosebank Hurdles.—Whackie, Sovereign Lad, Gold Claim. 1.30: Otalri Bracelet.—Lambro, Lady Premier, Scarteen. 2.10: Hunt Cup Steeplechase.—Master Francis, Ellerton Hall, Golden Tide. 2.50: Hack Cup.—Sergeant Jack, Adrigools. Sparkling Lady. 3.30: Rtddiford Handicap.—Bay Robe, Behave, Sir Bradbury. 4.10: Spring Grove Handicap.—Zahra. Newel Post, General Lytup.
