ANNUAL TOURNAMENT DAY’S HONOURS EVEN (P.A.) CHRISTCHURCH, July 9. . The annual athletic tournament between the Christchurch and Dunedin Teachers’ Training Colleges was commenced in Christchurch this morning with swimming events and women’s indoor basketball. Christchurch gained a decisive win in the swimming events gaining 22 points against the 11 scored by Dunedin. At the indoor basketball Dunedin beat Christchurch by 33—15.
