INDIAN TEA PLANTATIONS LONDON, July 8. Reuter’s Colombo correspondent reports that the 90.000 Indian tea plantation labourers who were striking for three weeks as a protest against the Government’s alleged denial of civic rights to estate labourers decided to return to work in deference to the wishes of the Indian National Congress
