BRITISH PLANS REJECTED
THREAT OF DIRECT ACTION BOMBAY, July 8 The Untouchables throughout India would take direct action as a protest against the British mission’s proposals, said the secretary of the Scheduled Caste Federation, Mr P. J. Rajbhoy. He added that a campaign would begin in Poona on July 15, when members of the federation would defy the ban on demonstrations and processions.
