SHARE OF PROFITS
SUPREME COURT ACTION Legal argument was continued m the Supreme Court yesterday] before Mr Justice Kennedy, in the action brought by Robert Merrelt Wilkinson against Associated Chemists. The plaintiff, it was stated, had two shops, and as an order made under the Shops and Offices Act laid it down that a condition of Associated Chemists being exempted from the usual closing hours ail contributing chemists were entitled to share equally in the profits of the concern, the plaintiff held that he was entitled to a share of the profits in respect of each shop. Mr H. Brash appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr J. M. Paterson represented the defendant company. Mr F. B. Adams appeared to watch the case on behalf of the Crown. I-lis Honor reserved his decision.
