MODERN SWIM SUITS
NYLON IN AMERICA" Recent showings of beach wear in New York have produced some revelations in swim suits, and nylon, which is proving so popular for stockings and frocks, Is now being used by American designers for bathing suits. It would appear that designing a bathing suit for these modern days compels almost as much thought and planning as some of the smart frocks and ensembles, and they tend to become less practical. The corset-fashion suit, which laces firmly up the back, and the strapless design are other styles which have appeared in New York, and some have fulldared, gored skirts. When our summer months come It will be interesting to note whether Dunedin women will follow- these bathing-suit vogues.
