SHIPPING DISPUTE
END NOT IN SIGHT COASTAL VESSELS ACCUMULATE (P.A.) WELLINGTON, July 7. None of the coastal cargo ships which have been held up in Wellington by the dispute over the lighting and heating of accommodation while they are in port, have sailed yet On Saturday the men notified the masters of the.ships that they would not take the ships to sea before tomorrow, but no undertaking was given that the ships would sail to-morrow. The dispute stands where it did on Friday.
Twenty-six coastal vessels have now accumulated at Wellington.
