CZECHOSLOVAKIAN POLICY STUDY OF AMERICA ADVISED (Rec. 7 p.m.) PRAGUE, July 5. “ Co-operation with Russia is the cornerstone of our policy. There can be no discussion about that,” said the Czech Foreign Minister, Dr Jan Masaryk, in a speech before a crowd watching a parade of American troops on the occasion of American Independence Day. Dr Masaryk, however, advised the Czechs to study American culture and economy.
