PORT PHILLIP ARRIVES Port Phillip (New Zealand Shipping Company), from New York, via Auckland, Wellington, and Lyttelton, arrived at Port Chalmers yesterday to continue discharge and commence loading for London She will complete at Wellington. The Port Phillip was built at Newcastle in 1942 by Swan, Hunter Wigham, Richardson, Ltd., for the Port Line, and has a gross tonnage of 12,439. She is powered by oil engines and is 503 ft in length. 68ft in breadth, and 38ft in depth. VINLAND SAILS Vinland (H. L. Tapley and Co.) sailed yesterday for Bluff to continue discharge of her cargo of newsprint. LOCH DEE Loch Dee (H. L. Tapley and Co.) is expected to arrive at Lyttelton to-day with a cargo of phosphate. She is due to arrive at Ravensbourne on Saturday to complete discharge. CARGO OF PHOSPHATE Fort Livingstone (H. L. Tapley and Co.), replacing the Samspeed, is expected to reach Lyttelton with a cargo of phosphate on June 25. She is expected at Ravensbourne on June 28 to continue discharge.
