SHIPPING AND COAL DIVIDENDS
(Special) AUCKLAND, June 11. The usual dividend of 5 per cent, on both the ordinary and contributing shares is being recommended by the directors of the Northern Steamship Company. Ltd., for the year ended on March 31. The dividend will be payable on June 28. Renown Collieries. Ltd., is declaring unchanged dividends of 3d a share on the ordinary shares and 7 per cent, on the preference shares for the year ended on July 31, 1945 The results for the year have been delayed pending a settlement under the Waikato coal mines control emergency regulations of 1942. The dividend will be payable on June 25.
