FLOATING MINE ASHORE
DEMOLITION BY ARMY SQUAD (P.A.) AUCKLAND, June 11. The floating mine which was first sighted at the Bay of Islands on Sunday evening floated ashore at noon today north of Opewhero Bay, which is three miles north of Waitangi. It is being demolished by a disposal squad from the army and navy.
