FATE NOT YET DECIDED
YOUTHFUL NEGRO MURDERER WASHINGTON, (Rec. 7 p.m.) June 10. The Supreme Court refused to rule whether Willie Francis, the Louisiana negro, should be sent to the electric chair for a second time.
