REPEAL OF AUTHORISATIONS (Rec. 9 p.m.) NEW YORK, June 11. President Truman asked Congress to repeal 3,089.000,000 dollars more of war-time appropriations and 174,000,000 dollars worth of contract authorisations. He indicated that, in addition, the War Department would deposit in the Treasury 993,000,000 dollars in excess funds. 53,915.000.000 dollars in cash, and 4,674.000,000 dollars worth of contract authorisations already repealed.
