ELECTORAL BOUNDARIES
DECISION OF COMMISSION PUBLICATION NEXT WEEK (P.A.) WELLINGTON, Mar. 28. The Electoral Representation Commission has not yet completed its task of revising the boundaries of the 76 European electorates represented in the House of Representatives, but the chairman, Mr R. G. Dick, said to-day that the commission hoped to be able to publish the boundaries in next Thursday’s Gazette. One month is given after the publication for the lodging of objections, after which the commission will meet again to determine the objections. The commission’s sittings began on March 18 and it was estimated that a fortnight would be required to determine the boundaries.
