THREE MINISTERS RESIGN ECHO OF DEMONSTRATIONS (Rec. 9.30 p.m.) CAIRO, Feb. 13. Three representatives of Kotla (the. independent Wafdist bloc) Party,’ resigned from the Egyptian Cabinet, including the ' Finance Minister, Makram Ebeid Pasha. The Ministers resigned because they disagreed with Nokrashy Pasha over the severity of the measures taken against student demonstrations, and because they alleged that Cabinet had not been kept informed about Egypt’s policy regarding the United Nations except by the press.
