TROOPS IN PERSIA
BRITISH TO LEAVE SHORTLY MOSCOW REPORTS DENIED (Rec. 9.30 p.m.) TEHERAN, Feb. 14. The British Embassy officially denied the reports circulated from Moscow that a large number of British troops have arrived in Teheran. The Embassy stated that the bulk of the British forces had already left. There would be no British troops in Persia by March 2, the official date of the evacuation.
