SPANISH LEADER’S CLAIM CONSIDERATION MERITED MADRID, Jan. 3. Replying to a deputation of jurists who assured him of their endorsement of the Spanish Government’s defence of its foreign policy, General Franco said: “The injustice with which Spain is treated abroad could do no less than arouse the spirit of our supreme magistracy to demonstrate Spanish union in these critical moments of the world. What is happening is precisely an absolute lack of justice and a total absence of respect for the rights of others. I am confident this will be overcome and that Spain will receive all the consideration she merits by her history and constant service to peace and civilisation.”
