ADMIRAL HORTHY
RELEASE ANNOUNCED LONDON, Jan. 2. A Nuremberg message states that Admiral Horthy has been released from Nuremberg goal, where he had been held as a possible witness for the prosecution. The authorities said it could be assumed that Horthy was at liberty and that no charges were listed against him. It is assumed that Horthy has rejoined his wife, daughter-in-law, and grandson on a country estate near Munich placed at his disposal by Hitler.
