LANDVEYOR SUCCESSFUL, DERBY TO LADY FOXBRIDGE (P.A.) AUCKLAND. Jan. X. For the third day of the Auckland Racing Club's meeting the weather to fine and there was a large attendance. The track was fast. The totalisator handled £220,956 10s, compared with £228,246 10s last New Year’s Day. The total for the three days has reached £633,409. An inquiry was held into interference by Cambia with Royal Scott in the Plunket Handicap on the second day. The stewards after hearing evidence decided to take no action.
