MUSSOLINI’S NEPHEW
CONVICTED OF FASCIST CRIMES (Rec. 9.30 p.m.) ROME, Dec. 22. An Extraordinary Court at Milan tried and convicted Vito Mussolini, the former editor of the Popolo d’ltalia, with Fascist chimes. The defendant, who bears a striking physical resemblance to his dead uncle, testified that the dictator received substantial profits as publisher of the newspaper. The court sentenced Mussolini to 14 years’ imprisonment.
