TAKEN OVER BY BRITAIN LONDON, Dec. 21. The British will take over direct control of all collieries in the British zone in Germany from to-morrow. Assets involved total hundreds of millions of pounds. A controller will be appointed in charge of the assets of 68 colliery companies.
