QUESTION OF JURISDICTION
. PROCEEDINGS DELAYED INDIAN COURT MARTIAL (Rec. 7.45 p.m.) LAHORE, Dec. 22. A petition of habeas corpus has been moved in the High Court, questioning the jurisdiction of a court martial to try Captain Bar Hauddin, of the Indian National Army. The High Court has issued an order to the president of the court martial directing him to delay proceedings pending disposal of the habeas corpus petition.
