FINAL SURRENDER
JAPANESE IN JINDO-CHINA PASSING OF BRITISH CONTROL (Rec. 7.20 p.m.) SAIGON, Dec. 22. Captain T. I. Bell, of the Royal Navy, accepted the surrender of Vice-admiral Kordo, thus completing the handing over of all. Japanese forces in IndoChina. The British authorities will soon relinquish navy control, which will be taken over by the French Navy.
