FRENCH ADMINISTRATION ALLEGATIONS OF INEFFICIENCY
(Rec 7 p.m.) PARIS. Dec. 21. The French Constituent Assembly unanimously passed a resolution urging the Government, to send a Parliamentary Commission to make an inspection tour of the French-occupied zones in Germany and Austria to investigate allegations of French administrative inefficiency.
