DOMINION PRIME MINISTER (Rec. 10 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Dec. 23. The New Zealand Prime Minister, Mr P. Fraser, with a party including Miss Jean Mackenzie, Mr A. D. Macintosh, Under-secretary of Internal Affairs, has arrived at Washington, en route to London.
