SHOPPING HOURS
Sir, —This is not in the nature of a reply to your correspondent “ One of Hundreds of Shop Assistants,” but I would suggest a halt will have to be called soon. I do not object to the bowlers, or the cricketers, or the boozers, having extra hours for recreation; far from it, but I think it is reasonable to suggest that they pay for it. If the majority of mothers did what I am going to do, viz., change over, then the position would soon clarify.—l am, etc., Business is Business.
