(Special) OAMARU, Sept. 25. There were small yardings in all sections at the Waiareka sale to-day and the high prices ruling during the past few weeks were well maintained. Quotations : Fat Cattle.—Steers, £lB 5s to £2O; medium. £l6 to £l7 17s 6d; light, £l2: cow, £l3; dairy cows, £9 5s to £lO. Store Cattle. —Steer, £lO 6s. Fat Sheep.—Extra prime ewes, 48s 6d to 50s 6d; good. 41s 6d to 44s Gd: medium, 36s 6d to 39s 6d; light, 22s 6d; wethers, prime, 47s 9d to 50s; others, 455; hoggets, 325. Store Sheep.—A small pen of wether hoggets made 28s 2d.
