PRISONERS IN ARGENTINA ACTION AGAINST POLICE BUENOS AIRES, (Rec. 11 P-m.) Sept. 4. Two hundred and fifty men and women who were released from gaol have started a joint court action, accusing the Buenos Aires police of torturing hem while they were political prisoners during the last two years. Most of them swore an affidavi. that they were tortured with electric spurs in an at empt to force coniessions and oblige them to disclose their underground associates. The spur transmitted a strong current into the body and affected the nervous system. Others allege that they were brutally kicked and beaten with clubs and bare fists.
