CHOLERA IN CHINA
HUNDREDS OF DEATHS CHUNGKING, June 25. Cholera cases have now reached at least 4000, and at least 800 have proved fatal. The number is difficult to estimate, because many persons in the waterfront slums throw the bodies in the Yangtse because of the prohibitively high burial expense.
