SOVIET SYSTEM OPPOSED (Rec. 7 p.m.) LONDON, June 25. The German Communist Party has re-emerged after an underground struggle lasting 12 years, stated an American broadcaster from Moscow, who qupted the party’s newspaper as saying: “ The German Communist Party is opposed to the introduction of the Soviet system. The realistic interests of the German people demand an anti-Fascist, democratic, and parliamentary republic.”
