Grey River Dredge.—For the fortnight ended May 23 the dredge worked 181 hours, handled 125,938 yards, and recovered 405.450 Z.

Mount Morgan Operations.—Mount Morgan, Ltd., report's an estimated net profit of £5062 for the four weeks ended May 6 from mining operations, including overhead expenses, but excluding any provision for depreciation.

John M. Fraser and Co., Ltd., selling agents for the Otago and Oamaru Egg Circles, report as under: —Dunedin area selling values: Heavy 3s Id, standard 2s lid, medium 2s 9d. pullets’ 2s 4d. Eggs: Payout for eggs received during the week ended May 19: Heavy 3s Id, standard 2s lid, medium 2s Bd, pullets’ 2s 3d, large duck 2s lOd, small duck 2s Bd, plus subsidy 3d per dozen. Potatoes: Government fixed rates. Chaff, £8 10s, ex store, per ton, sacks extra. Honey: Wanted. Dairy butter, Is 3d per lb. Poultry, at per pair: White Leghorn hens 6s to 7s, heavy breeds 7s to 10s 6d, cockerels—light 4s 6d to 6s 6d, heavy breeds 8s to 11s, roosters 2s to 4s. Turkey hens Is to Is 2d per lb, gobblers Is 3d to Is 6d per lb live weight. We stock Waitaki Meatmeal. Butter Milk Powder Wheatmeal (to replace pollard).
