ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS The fifty-second annual meeting of the Kaikorai Football Ground Company, Ltd., was held in the Bishopscourt pavilion on Wednesday night: The chairman of direc- « tors (Mr J. A. Armit) presided. The following directors were elected:— j Messrs F. A. Farley, W. A. Wilkinson, J. Sim. C: Sonntag, J. R. Wilson, T. B. Veitch, D. M. Spedding, and R. Herd. *- The shareholders and others present stood in silence as a tribute to the memory of Mr D. Cunningham, a former chairman of directors, and also a member of the Management Committee of the ' Otago Rugby Football Union.
