FORMAL TAKING OVER RUGBY, May 22. On behalf of the Allied forces, Admiral Holt, of the Royal Navy, to-day took over all German shipping in Copenhagen. The ships included the two cruisers, Prinz Eugen and Nurnberg, four destroyers, about 135 smaller warships, 200 fishing vessels, and others suited to minesweeping. (. The British naval authorities also handed over the rest of the Danish Fleet in the shipyard at Copenhagen to the Danish naval authorities in the presence of the Crown Prince, Admiral Holt, and Vice-admiral Vedel, of the Danish Navy.
